I’m convinced it’s a requirement for @Airbnb guests in #scottsdale to act like packs of feral hyenas. These people should not be allowed to “vacation” in residential neighborhoods!

@shawngorham There are a lot of STRs in 85254. They get to claim Scottsdale, but know they’re serviced by Phoenix. So if neighbors call the police, they get PPD as opposed to SPD’s STR task force. STRs get away with more shenanigans in that zip than an actual Scottsdale zip.

@AllyTaft Scottsdale used to be an amazing place to live. Unfortunately, every non-HOA neighborhood in Scottsdale has been destroyed by Airbnb. Scottsdale’s older condo communities have also been destroyed by Airbnb. Visiting here & living here are very different experiences.

Visited Scottsdale recently and cannot overstate how gorgeous it is. If you're depressed, move to Scottsdale. It's clean. Everyone is good looking. The food scene is incredible. The natural beauty of the landscape is unmatched. And it's always sunny so you can enjoy it year round. Impossible to imagine being unhappy while living in Scottsdale.
