@sainsburys just received our food delivery tonight, only to find that a jar of passata had smashed and gone all over the rest of the food and subsequently now our hall carpet. My wife ended up getting glass in her finger and we’ve had to wipe down all the food packaging.

@eonenergyuk Hi, we had our gas fire serviced yesterday and the plumber noticed that our gas meter and housing has become detached from wall and needs to be re-attached. I tried calling you yesterday to sort this but was on hold for 2 hours without being able to speak to anyone.
