They pose little threat, likely influencing only a few votes but in tight races it could mean Labour wins the seat. I find it strange that Rupert, who claims to oppose the establishment, never criticizes Kemi. He is part of a Tory-exclusive committee and met with Jenrick, seeming open to joining them as they are. Recently, he mentioned having a deal with them. Moreover, Rupert appears to be softening his stance on Alistair's comments on social media. Finally, he launched a party that he previously said is "not the right time" to form. Given the current political landscape, it’s unlikely this party can win elections within three years in an FPPS system. Why? I have my own thoughts. I believe more details will emerge on this soon.

Now suddenly they’re a major threat. You can’t have it both ways. Either they’re irrelevant or they’re not. If they’re irrelevant, why even mention the party name? by-elections barely raised an eyebrow before, now being treated like the world is on fire.
