U neither adresd issue of non communication in such delays nor pathetic condn @ Bpl stn.Need sensitivity 2 u’stand agony of passengers who wait hrs at shabbily Maintd stn. Introspection wud help.

The apathy n insensitivity shown towards passengers is by not giving correct information even though GPS 2 track trns exists. Timely Info thru SMS wud hv saved d ordeal.@BhopalDivision

@RailMinIndia Do u care abt special trains. TRN no. 07389 slated to reach Bpl 7pm on 01/7 is abt 5 hrs late while official info ws 4 just1.30 hrs. Passengers are made 2 wait endlessly on dirty Bpl stn totally at mercy of Rlys. Least expct 2 give correct info. @AshwiniVaishnaw
