Dr. John Kanyuithia Mutunga, at Bunge Towers, Nairobi, for the consideration of the 2026/2027 Financial Year Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the State Department for Agriculture. Led by Cabinet Secretary @CS_MoALD Sen. Mutahi Kagwe, I underscored the Department’s mandate in spearheading agricultural transformation, strengthening food security, and promoting inclusive rural development.
