One appointment of Balen Government that has gone unnoticed is of Pukar Malla to the member of National Planning Commission. That man has been working (super unnoticed) on rural development (via entrepreneurship) for very long! I'm certain he'll make huge positive difference!

@nepali_investor @RBaniyaji I think she was engaged throughout in his election campaign and supported him well with ‘secretary duties’. As such, he regards her a good fit to carry on the form into the bigger role too? Just giving him benefit of the doubt. It’s an administrative role afterall.
