Fellow Celtic fans, Please don't waste your time arguing with people that a clear hand ball is a clear ball - Scottish football & beyond are that desperate for Celtic not to win the league that they've convinced themselves that this isn't a handball Fuck them all. IHEANACHO 🍀

@ScotlandSky Clearly hits his head. Common sense tells you it hits his head. A ball can't fly 15 yards after hitting your hand when running backwards without absolutely smashing it like a volleyball. Embarrassing decision to be honest.

At the game, thought they were checking penalty for the elbow, even though they announced it as potentiel handball, thought the announcer made a mistake, thought the elbow would've been very harsh, but just saw the handball there and there's no debating it. Silly from Nicholson.

Here’s my cleanest portrayal of PEM I’ve ever captured on Garmin. On Saturday, I went to a friend’s place to watch the Kentucky Derby. I was there for 4-5 hours, seated the entire time, just chopping it up with my friends. This was the first time I’ve done something like this in 9 months, and while I still felt weak/exhausted/sick, it was great to be back feeling like normal person for a brief second. That night, I was exhausted and slept 12 hours. I woke up groggy and tired the next day, but not “crashed” or with a significant increase in symptoms. I was seemingly okay the entire day and even told some friends that this experience was making me reconsider whether I could stand to do more stuff like that in the future. Unfortunately, it was just a delayed fuse and last night everything went to shit. I woke up in the middle of the night with what felt exactly like the flu - significant body pain, feverish, twitching/tremoring, tossing & turning. I suspect I’ll feel like this for the next ~5 days and then return to baseline. The Garmin shows exactly what I feel. That first night of sleep after exertion is actually really deep and restful and feels like a somewhat appropriate reaction to exertion. It’s the second night of sleep where all hell breaks loose and these horrible flu-like symptoms arise.

My HRV is an absolute disaster because of #MECFS. It hasn’t changed in years. Someone who actually knows what they’re talking about: how bad is it, doctor? How much time have I got left?

The people who don’t view housing as a human right are those who believe they will always have housing. They can’t fathom becoming disabled, losing their savings or support network. They can’t imagine being left with nothing. They think they’re the exception. They’re not.

@murdo_fraser @GallIain How on earth is that helping to get people out of social housing and on to the property ladder - which should be the aim, no? I'm completely stuck in an unsuitable house since I became disabled and I have zero options.

@murdo_fraser @GallIain Scrapping RTB for LONG term residents has really screwed my family over. Almost 40 years of renting from a housing assoc. and there's no discount off market price at all? When we've already paid 100k in rent over the years.

The fact that becoming sick or disabled can ruin your entire life financially which then ruins every ounce of stability in your life isn’t a bug in the system. It’s a feature.

Some people with very severe ME haven’t left their bedroom in years. Not months. Years. And their doctors have never once come to them. #MEawareness

She lost I'd Do Anything and faced brutal criticism from the judges, except ALW who truly supported her. Now Jessie Buckley is an Academy Award winner. Life is funny like that ❤️
