In an interview with @PTI_News , @JKNC_ president Farooq Abdullah expressed deep disappointment over the #INDIA bloc’s "lack of a robust, unified approach" toward Jammu and Kashmir. He specifically called out the @INCIndia for not supporting the restoration of statehood with the expected energy, calling the major party's performance "really very sad." While the NC remains a committed member #INDIA bloc, Abdullah warned that the alliance has fallen short of its true potential. A story @PTI_News msn.com/en-in/news/oth…

So, regarding school activities: Academics were standard, but my definition of 'co-curricular' might be different from yours! If you mean arts, crafts, well, that was sweet, the kind of stuff the Burn Hall kids were busy with. But let’s be real: for those of us who grew up as Biscoe boys, 'co-curricular' meant the real, hardcore deal—mountaineering, swimming, and trekking until our lungs burned. But if you’re talking about the gritty stuff like trekking and mountaineering? Let’s just say those and Burnhall school were like two banks of a river—parallel, but never meeting. Proud to be a Biscoe boy, where the curriculum was built on grit and adventure. Didn’t mean to stir the pot—just keeping it real about the good old days at Biscoe and healthy rivalry with Burnhall boys." And just adding to what @RajeevRaina19 said that our effort is that new generation should be well versed with facts. Enjoy !!!!

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has denied bail to Shubham Sangra, the prime accused in the 2018 rape and murder case of a minor nomadic girl in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir noting that the nature of the crime "shocks the collective conscience of the society and judicial conscience of the court". While denying the bail plea, the High Court issued a directive to the trial court to expedite the case. The court aims for the trial to be concluded preferably within one year, reiterating that the "right to speedy trial" is a core facet of the right to life under Article 21. A digital notification—a "memory" of a happy family trip to Pahalgam—popped up on Asavari Jagdale’s phone two days ago. For most, these are moments of nostalgia. For Asavari, it was a haunting reminder of the day her world collapsed in the #Baisaran Valley one year ago. My colleague @SandipKolhatkar story @PTI_News ptinews.com/story/national…

In a massive blow to the #Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), @SrinagarPolice has dismantled a high-profile interstate terror module. This coordinated operation has successfully neutralised a network that spanned across Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and Rajasthan. The operation, overseen personally by @JmuKmrPolice DGP Nalin Prabhat, led to the arrest of five individuals, including high-ranking Pakistani terrorists Abdullah alias Abu Hureira (Pakistani): An ‘A+’ category terrorist who has been on the run for 16 years. He was instrumental in establishing terror bases outside the UT using forged identities. This success comes just six months after the dismantling of a "white-collar" terror module centered at Faridabad’s #AlFalah University. It highlights the shifting tactics of terror outfits and the relentless pursuit by J&K Police to track down those hiding in plain sight for over a decade.
