@pinakooklada Eigentlich schreibe ich kaum auf Twitter aber ich muss es hier einfach mal loswerden: ich hab die Kommentare alle gestern gesehen und ich hab seitdem einen totalen Schub, mir geht’s so unfassbar schlecht, ich hab nicht geschlafen. Wie kann ich mit sowas umgehen?

@sunaemm I still get these symptoms with cold/virus, and in fact had them this week. They usually last the duration of cold/virus 5-7 days, much less than in the earlier days…sometimes unrelenting for two weeks. The abdominal pain would make me cry 😢

Hello, #pwME. I’m very inactive due to a lot of problems regarding my #MECFS. But now I need to ask a question because I am honestly scared. Has anyone experience on acid reflux, stomach pain, bloating and nausea etc. that just doesn’t go away? And a possible cause for this?

@sunaemm Also, an elimination diet can help finding food intolerances. For most people in my experience, gluten and dairy are the main culprits.

@sunaemm Have a wee look at your supplements. Some can cause this. Also SIBO. Samento/ Cats Claw helped me a lot when I had terrible bloating, but not the reflux. I hope you find a solution and are more comfortable 🙂

@BayouMystere Oh, that’s really awful, I didn’t know this was possible! I will still keep it in mind, as I overdosed Vitamin C quite a lot. (My doctor told me there’s no health risk, but apparently there is!)

@sunaemm Would still expect other symptoms too if that really was it, so I don’t think that’s happening with you (eye problems, malaise, dyspnea, coughing, polyuria for me, just as an example)

@BKosiarz Thanks for your answer! :) I personally don’t really think this is the case since my MCAS symptoms are very different to these symptoms :/ Idk if it got worse though. But I’ve been on a completely histamine-free diet since January!

@sunaemm It is MCAS - you can change your diet to non triggering mast cells type.

@alexiaustin1969 thank you for your answer! Did your symptoms just get better on their own? And for how long did the reflux, etc. last? :)

@sunaemm I’ve struggled with this constantly with this illness, particularly in the early days. I have noticed it gets worse when I have a cold/virus. My glands become swollen, and I get stomach pain/distension, nausea & reflux. I take painkillers, antacids & rest up.

@BayouMystere Yes, I did because that was the only thing that helped me with my fatigue. But not as a supplement, I got an infusion. No other new symptoms!

@sunaemm Any other new symptoms? Did you take high doses of vitamin C for a while?
