사람들이 오해하는게 있는데 진짜 부자면 강의팔이 책팔이 왜 하냐 하는 건 사실 잘못된 걸 수 있다는 것임
이건 10억 정도 자산을 들고 있는 사람들은 공감하는 내용인데
1억 미만일 때는 회사를 다녀도 자아실현이 어려움
늘 돈에 목 메며 하루하루 살게 됨
근데 자차, 자가가 있는 상태에서 10억을 들고 있는 회사원은 이제 '자아실현'을 목표로 일을 하게 됨 혹은 해야만 하는 일이 아니라 하고 싶은 일을 하겠지
명예를 쫒는다는 거지
그렇게 수십억 자산가 수백억 자산가들은 무엇으로 보통 자아실현 하는가?
내가 아는 바로는 '나를 알림으로서 실현'함
쉬운 말로 자랑질을 하면서 실현한다는 거임

@supakjk @simnalamburt Rust도 쓰고, php 변종도 쓰고 그렇네요 ㅎㅎ 전직장에선 예전엔 java도 많이 썼지만 최근 몇년은 python만 썼는데 여긴 다양하게 쓰는군요. 사실 엄살부리긴 하지만 이런 면은 넘 좋습니다 ㅎㅎ

C++11은 좀 썼었는데 당시엔 아직 std::move가 자리잡기 이전이라… 이제와서 modern c++ 코드를 읽으려니 첨엔 좀 당황했는데 좀 찾아서 읽어보니 겁 먹을 정도는 아닌 듯도 싶고… AI 선생님이 뭘 하시려는 건지 정도만 이해할 수 있어도 실용적르론 충분한 것 같기도.

C++를 10년 안 썼더니 모르는 syntax와 개념들이 너무 많다 ㅠㅠ 그나마 AI 선생님이 집중과외로 모르는 게 있을 때마다 바로바로 설명해주니 혼자 공부하던 때보다 훨씬 수월하긴 한데 언제쯤 내가 직접 짤 수도 있겠다는 자신감이 생기려나.

전세계 대도시 공실 많은 지역 다 똑같음. 부동산 가치 안떨어지게 하려고 공실이라 월세 수익 없어도 그냥 둠. 부동산은 대표적으로 유한한 자원인데, 소수가 평생 반독점하면서 비상식적으로 운영하는데, 공실 3개월 이상되면 그냥 몰수해야함. (이러면 공사한답시고 비계 쳐놓고 공실 유지함.)

인도인 친구가 언젠가 내게 말하길, 미국에서 태어나 자란 자식들이 평소엔 미국식 영어를 하다가 자기한테 말할 때는 인도식 영어로 갑자기 발음이 바뀔때 복잡한 기분이라고. 의도가 그게 아닌건 아는데 괜히 놀리는 느낌… 근데 또 아이들 입장에선 그게 자연스러워서 그러는 거고.

서남아시아 전문가인 강성용 교수님이 말했던게, 인도인들도 자신들의 영어발음이 특이한 거 알고 있다 함. 근데 외국인이 인도인 배려하겠다고 인도인 식으로 영어발음하면 싫어한대. 그렇게 할 필요없고, 너네 식으로 영어하라고.
