Superintendents and GMs... I want to propose a question. How do you feel about employees with tattoos? I'm an Assistant with quite a few tattoos. I've been judged both ways... positive and negative. What's yalls opinion? #turflife

@superjoewde Tats can be covered if membership prefers it that way. But more important is what’s under those tattoos in my opinion. Work ethic, integrity etc.

@c_tingen Agreed. Even as a guy with them, I would draw the line with offensive displays. It would have to be covered at that point. Thanks for your input.

@superjoewde The vet in me tends to stick to old guidance. Anything under a uniform shouldn't impact anyone. Outside the the sleeve or collar line is ok with me long as it isn't offensive.
