Kirby: “Our assessment, to date…[is] that these are legal and lawful drones flying for the common good” Swarms of 12-30 drones do not stalk USCG vessels “for the common good.” Trespassing above natsec sites & evading law enforcement interdiction is neither “legal” nor “lawful.”

I have spent a good part of my career just getting people to believe this was actually happening. Now we are here. With 15 drones, you can lose roughly 1/4 of the B-52 force as it sits idle on the ground. This was always the most concerning scenario. Time to move to hardening. Just a matter of time now till we learn the hard way.

Barksdale AFB was hit by multiple waves of drones over a week’s time. The base houses numerous nuclear weapons.

Hi Joe. I was there. It was a good meeting. The meeting was organized by Gretchen Stahlman and Tim Spuck with support from AARO. It was conducted as a research meeting to identify best approaches to analyze narrative data from UAP reports. Because of the way the data was collected (a handful of focus groups, for example), research ethics were used with respect to protecting participant participation, hence the reason for privacy. When the final report was released, a decision was made to keep all of the participants confidential. We didn’t have access to any classified data, and AARO didn’t present any new cases, nor did we review individual prior cases per se. As I recall, we gathered to simply identify and discuss best practices for data analysis in general. There were a handful of popular, well-respected, and knowledgeable folks within the UAP/UFO science community who were there. I don’t think they are active on Twitter, so I doubt they’ll come out of the woodwork here. And of course, because of the research-participant privacy piece, it would be inappropriate for others to identify them. The 6-7 month timeline to get the summary out was fairly efficient in my view. The organizers drafted the summary initially, which takes time, and then it was subsequently reviewed by AARO prior to its release. I’m proud of the final report, and my honest frustration is that because of the “AARO stamp” it’s been widely distrusted. But it really was a good science meeting, and the contents in that report accurately reflect state of science at that time based on what we covered. Last, I believe Gough is telling the truth (gasp! 😉) about no current follow-up plans from AARO. I haven’t heard otherwise so far, though of course I can’t say for sure. DB 🩺

Stunning Details on “Drone” (UAP) Incursions: “Multiple waves of 12-15 (!) drones operating over sensitive areas of” Barksdale AFB. “Resistance to jamming.” How can such brazen displays of impunity keep occurring? An unknown actor is signaling dominance over the US military.

BREAKING: Multiple unidentified “drones” were detected “on a single night” over the DC base where SecState Rubio and SecDef Hegseth live. Previous “drone” incidents involved UAP exhibiting extraordinary capabilities (USS Omaha) and brazen displays of impunity (Langley AFB).

Walter Kirn says a satellite intelligence expert told him ‘We see craft come and go from space’ “Coming into the outer atmosphere from space and leaving, particularly around times of war and back during nuclear tests, and rocket launches especially now. When Elon Musk shoots a rocket off for SpaceX, it is alleged to me that there is interest from these objects and that it can be picked up on instruments.”

I don't think I'm being lied to about this UFO thing. I really don't. I've spent years on the matter. I think we need to demand more in terms of knowledge of the subject. Or at least expect more. I'm of the belief that knowing more is always better than knowing less but that gaming all this out is impossible. Let the chips fall where they may. Or float as they may. Because they just might, you know. Might float.

Notable. Unanimous agreement from IC leaders that the IC assessment on AHI should be retracted.

Interesting development on Havana Syndrome (AHI) today before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Chairman Crawford asks if the Intelligence Community Assessment on AHI -- which assessed it was "very unlikely" a directed energy weapon capable of causing AHI has been wielded by a foreign actor against Americans -- should be retracted. Gabbard (ODNI), Patel (FBI), Hartman (NSA) and Adams (DIA) all say, "Yes." Ratcliffe (CIA) defers to Gabbard on the issue. NSA director saying "Yes" also hints at NSA's altered assessment from late 2024, lending credence to a foreign actor having or using such a weapon. DIA's investigation into AHI, led by Greg Edgreen, was always more confident Russia was behind this. youtube.com/watch?v=FiRYe3…

If a 'sceptical' former AARO acting director can say such things, then: 1: He isn't giving himself much room for explanations other than advanced non-human intelligence 2: This could potentially be expressed in some form by Trump. I will follow up with further reporting.

This is reminiscent of what former AARO acting director Timothy Phillips told me: "Things that aircraft and spacecraft we know don't behave that way."

This is a person I respect a great deal, and I think we should listen closely to what he is saying. Yes, it is chilling. But this option is on the table and many people are feeling nervous.

Disclaimer: I have no direct knowledge of any operation. The following is an opinion, and I hope it is wrong. I am concerned that Major General McCasland was taken, and that he may well have already been killed. There are many reasons for this concern, from the obvious (leaving his prescription glasses, phone and fitness tracker behind), to the less obvious, which I will detail briefly below. There are several potential motives, and corresponding categories of suspects: 1) An assassination by operatives on behalf of one or more UFO Legacy Programs; 2) An abduction by operatives of an adversarial nation for the purposes of extracting classified intelligence; 3) An abduction by a mentally disturbed “ufologist” who wants “the secrets”. There are other categories, some of which intersect with the prior three. My personal belief at this time (and I pray to God that I’m wrong) is that an order was given, following POTUS’ statement about releasing the UFO and “alien” files, to send a clear message to all currently- and formerly-cleared persons with classified knowledge of UFO-related programs: “We’re doing this on OUR terms… limited hangout terms… and if you get out of line, you’ll vanish.” I am not alone in this concern. Other friends of mine from the IC have expressed the same suspicion. Everyone I’ve talked to has hardened their already-VERY-hard, nearly foolproof, personal protective measures. I will not elaborate on those measures for obvious reasons, but they are extreme and cover all conceivable scenarios. To people in/from one of these programs, who are concerned for their own wellbeing: Protect yourself. Use your tradecraft. Have dead-man switches coordinated through third parties which you do not have access to, and which require a 30-day deactivation period after you transmit a deactivation code. Include packages with your PII / bona fides, foreign intel and domestic intel. Surveil your surroundings at all times using multiple sources of capture and backup (overt/covert; digital/analog). Think deeply about all scenarios, plan accordingly, and do not share your plans with your loved ones. You should be self-protected at all times, to the level that you are confident walking into a SCIF to brief Congress, with no fear of retribution. There is much more I’d like to say about this, but mostly, I am just very sad. And above all, I really hope I’m wrong about Major General McCasland. I’m praying for him.

David Grusch has filed a FOIA lawsuit against the Department of Defense in the Eastern District of Virginia. Grusch submitted a FOIA request to the DOD on September 30, 2024 seeking records related to "unauthorized disclosure complaints" filed with the DOD Senior Intelligence Oversight Official, Mark Dupont, between April and December 2023, including complaints specifically about Grusch himself, and complaints related to "unidentified aerial phenomena," "unidentified anomalous phenomena," UAP, or UFO. The DOD acknowledged receipt of the FOIA request on October 3, 2024 and assigned it case number 25-FP-0002. The agency was required by statute to provide an estimated completion date, and the last such date given was May 1, 2025. After that deadline passed, Grusch's counsel made multiple attempts to get an update but received nothing further from the DOD. At the time of filing, over 504 days had passed since the original FOIA submission with no records produced. The complaint alleges three counts: Count 1: Failure to respond within the required timeframe Count 2: Failure to conduct an adequate search Count 3: Wrongful withholding of records. Grusch is asking the court to order the DOD to expeditiously search for and disclose all responsive, non-exempt records. McCasland Update From the Sheriff's Office: The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) continues the missing person investigation into the disappearance of 68-year-old William “Neil” McCasland, last known to have been at or near his residence in the area of Quail Run Court NE on the morning of Friday, February 27, 2026. A Silver Alert remains in effect, and Mr. McCasland remains missing. As previously stated, Mr. McCasland is a retired U.S. Air Force general. BCSO is the lead investigative agency and continues to coordinate with partner agencies in support of investigative follow up and search operations, including the FBI Albuquerque Field Office when tools, tactics, or techniques can assist. Search resources are coordinated through the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and New Mexico State Police Search and Rescue system, with volunteer search teams assisting as requested. Tomorrow marks two weeks since his disappearance. BCSO is releasing the following verified timeline to provide clarity on what is known. On February 27 at approximately 10:00 a.m., a repairman was at the residence and interacted with Mr. McCasland. At approximately 11:10 a.m., Mrs. McCasland Wilkerson left the home for a medical appointment. At approximately 12:04 p.m., she returned home and Mr. McCasland was not there. His phone, prescription glasses, and wearable devices were located at the residence. Mrs. McCasland Wilkerson began attempting to locate Mr. McCasland and contacted family and friends. At approximately 3:07 p.m., she reported him missing and the investigation began immediately. As the investigation has progressed, BCSO has identified items believed to be unaccounted for from the residence. Investigators believe Mr. McCasland may have been wearing the shirt shown in the attached photo. The photo depicts Mr. McCasland wearing a light green, long sleeve button-up outdoor shirt. Additional items believed to be missing include his hiking boots, wallet, and a .38 caliber revolver with a leather holster. Investigators also located a gray U.S. Air Force sweatshirt approximately 1.25 miles east of the residence on Saturday, March 7. The item was collected and processed. No blood was detected during initial processing, and additional analysis is pending. The sweatshirt has not been confirmed by family or friends to be associated with Mr. McCasland; however, it prompted an additional targeted search effort in the area. BCSO continues to pursue all credible leads and follow up on every tip received. While there is currently no evidence indicating foul play, investigators are examining all available information as the case remains active. Investigators have expanded a neighborhood canvass to more than 700 homes, requesting security video and information. Additional search efforts have included drone operations, helicopter support, ground searches with Search and Rescue teams, and K 9 searches. To date, BCSO has not received any confirmed sighting or confirmed video showing Mr. McCasland leaving the area or indicating a direction of travel. Search efforts and investigative follow up are ongoing. The Silver Alert was issued based on information available early in the investigation that indicated Mr. McCasland could be at some level of risk and that additional public assistance was needed to locate him. Due to privacy laws, BCSO will not release medical details or speculate about his state of mind. BCSO is again asking anyone in the area to check and submit security camera footage from Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, particularly between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in and around Quail Run Court NE and routes leading away from the neighborhood. If you were in the foothills or on trails February 27 to 28, please review any GoPro or phone footage and submit anything that may help. Video and photos can be uploaded here: berncosdnm.evidence.com/axon/community… Tips can be submitted by calling the BCSO Missing Persons Unit at 505-468-7070 or anonymously through Tip411 by texting BCSO and your tip to 847411.
