@lulugao2001 this problem has always been really interesting because i can never tell how long it would take for burn rate to be offset by productivity w ai adoption… but the alternative of not adopting ai is also not the move imo, would love to hear your thoughts.

Always inspired by Zara, excellent find and great analogy. Obviously, there’s a mismatch between expectations and reality now, looking at how fast cash is burning now, can we/the market wait for that long and if not now, when?

If you've adopted AI at your company but haven't seen any tangible results, read this 1990 article: "The Dynamo and the Computer" by Paul David. When electricity first arrived, factories that "adopted" it barely got faster. They just swapped the steam engine for an electric one and ran everything else exactly as before: same machine layout, same workflow, same management. Electricity in, no real gains out. The most common mistake with any new technology is to drop it into the old organization and then declare the transformation done. The real leap came decades later, when each machine got its own small motor. Suddenly machines no longer had to be lined up around one central drive shaft. They could be rearranged around the actual flow of work. The productivity gains didn't come from electricity. They came from REDESIGNING THE ENTIRE FACTORY around it. AI is the same. Bolting it onto your existing process gets you a faster steam engine. The payoff comes when you redesign the work itself. (link to paper in comments)

I don't understand why some robotics companies are obsessed with body pose. It would be much easier to replace legs with wheels. Wheels can functionally get you anywhere legs can

- pocket 3 can shoot at 4k 120fps, has great gimbal if you want to shoot on the go. my main issue is the gimbal neck being too fragile.need to put back into case after every use.

- sony zve10. i started with zv1 but fixed lens + smaller sensor. 4k 60fps is plenty though. but pretty shaky for vlogging.
> can learn more from it if you have intentions of growing into a zve1 or fx3 one day (it can come in white i think it's super pretty)
heard good things about canon m50 but don't know enough. canon's known for nice color grading for portraits though!
