
Given all timely payments, they should have understood the profile and background of the customer. They should have checked the rooms, offered upgrades or just asked for extra payment. We spent another noisy night in the basement of a hotel for a holiday booked two months in advance. The support team is helpless , great in following up but has no influence to fix things. Who is responsible? A hotel is sold to us but rooms not available. The tariff has not been provided to us. We trusted them. They have booked misguided, shown wrong photographs while booking and to cut cost ended up booking cheap rooms. The hotel is treating us like a pariah . The agent cut cost.
