Focus on increasing numbers of players, administrators, coaches across the country. 2- Elite Football-Identify and develop players with potential to reach highest performance levels(Youth teams playing football) 3-Professional Football-Transition elite players into clubs to play professionally. 4-Life after playing football – Prepare players for life post-career, since football careers don’t last forever(former players have been taken on by the football ecosystem in various roles)
