@pnbindia Dear PNB Customer Care Team, I am facing an issue where I cannot send any UPI payments from my Punjab National Bank (PNB) account. Whenever I try to pay, the transaction fails with the error message: UPI payments are not allowed on either your account type

@pnbindia as a MBBS student currently studying abroad in Kyrgyzstan with no independent source of income or business turnover, I do not have any valid documents to provide in this regard. My account activity is limited to personal student expenses and family remittances.

Could you please clarify the actual status of my order? As I am currently out of India, I am unable to connect directly. My friend will be contacting customer care on my behalf.

dear @dotandkey I have not received my courier yet. When I called customer care, they informed me that the order would be delivered within two days. However, I am now being told that my refund has been initiated and my order has been cancelled.
