Along with Ulf Samuelsson, Claude Lemieux was the player I hated most as a kid. Not really Bruins-based, though. I loved the 90s Red Wings, and Lemieux's hit on Kris Draper was unforgivable.

@ClownWorld You have to exercise and eat healthy. I am on a different glp-1. I am under care of a dietitian and NP. Our plan is to lose 1 lb per week. I have worked out my whole life. This is not an easy fix. Don’t take one and leave us alone.

@TheCinesthetic @FKR102445 Had to sit in traffic while they were filming by Fenway. Kept seeing The Town signs around the neighborhood and wondered what it was all about. Pissed me off at the time but the result was awesome!

The Town (2010) is just a great hang. The heists are clean, the Boston vibe feels authentic, and that final Fenway stretch always delivers. Easy rewatch every time it’s on.

It’s pretty simple: Want to lose weight? Eat less. Eat healthy food. Move more. Doing this naturally is surely better for individual health than taking an Ozempic jab.

@JamesMelville People want a quick fix. They didn’t get fat overnight. Seems absurd to take a pill but not change habits. People also don’t save money to buy desired items, they grab them immediate and then are in debt. Same concept.

@JamesMelville I am insulin resistant. Since a surgical menopause in my 40s, I’ve tried every diet. Would lose weight and it would come back. I exercise faithfully! Eat fairly healthy. And work hard. Since I turned 65 my BP is elevated, my lipid panel is bad, and pre-diabetic. (1)

Each to their own, but why can’t people just lose weight naturally by sticking to a healthy diet and exercising rather taking an Ozempic jab?
