@thetrainline Hi, I’m also not seeing any tickets available from Preston Lancs to London Euston on Sat 11th March (return in the same day). Is this an error on the website or the ticket provider?

@thetrainline Thank you, the tickets are now available to buy for those dates. However, the price has increased by approx £60 compared to last time I booked the same journey (even with a railcard) Is there a reason for this?

@swainhere Thank you for confirming that Melissa. I can see that there are engineering works on that day, this is likely what's causing the delay in tickets becoming available. We've not received any info on when we can expect them yet. Thanks ~ Dylan

...Monday, got an email with travel voucher and a link in case I'd like to process a refund instead...What? I already processed a refund weeks ago. The 'refund' link goes to @Ryanair website telling me how to use the travel voucher! Original booking disappeared #RefundPassengers
