@ThreeUKSupport Your systems are not at all customer friendly. I have two accounts apparently I can’t use the same email on two different accounts. You need to realise who is the customer

@swayment Hello, Stuart. We're sad to hear you're having issues getting past security. The team are able to follow additional security options and send an email out with a code instead. Alternatively, you can put the SIMs into a phone in order to receive the texts. -Pete

@ThreeUKSupport you guys making it really hard to either stay with you or switch. I have 2 sims in 2 iPads Contract has expired & you want to double the price. I’ve tried both on line and chat to get help but you keep insisting for security I need to get a text. I can’t on iPad

@REDJanuaryUK kicked off my red January journey with a 500m outdoor swim. Warmer in than out air was zero degrees frost on the ground water was positively tropical at 10 degrees

“ When a Clown moves into the Palace, he doesn’t become a King, The Palace becomes a Circus” is a Turkish proverb which is worth heeding in the coming days.

Only it isn’t a Circus… it’s a fragile World Politically and environmentally and the Clown is in… only he is not a Clown he is a dangerous anti-democratic, amoral demagogue quite apart from being a convicted felon. Humans need to be better.

@ring I’ve just recieved a wrong part. Spent 40 minutes on to the helpline and agreed a replacement. Just had an e mail to say you are sending the same part again. I haven’t got the time for another call how can I make sure the right part gets sent
