Kimi K3 debuts at #3 on DeepSWE. It's the first open-weights model that delivers frontier-level performance, achieving results similar to Claude Fable and GPT-5.6 Sol.

Guys, I built Codex-Orchestration plugin (open source) - Bring any model inside Codex (Fable 5 etc) - Assign them any roles (advisor, writer, designer etc) - Build custom workflows (Fable 5 + Sol high to plan, etc) - 40% less limit hit, 2x faster implementation I used Fable 5 High x GPT 5.6 Sol Extra High to fix all code issues that Opus & GPT 5.5 always struggled in just 30 minutes. Here's how you can install Codex-Orchestration plugin. Paste this prompt in codex: "Install Codex Orchestration: codex plugin marketplace add Cjbuilds/Codex-Orchestration codex plugin add codex-orchestration@codex-orchestration Verify the installation, then tell me to start a new task. In the new task, help me assign models to roles—such as advisor, executor, researcher, or reviewer—and configure the order in which they should work. Preview all changes before applying them." How to use Codex Orchestration: > Install the plugin. > Start a new Codex task. > Assign models to roles and describe the workflow. (Give Codex your task or Goal.) Example setup: @ codex-orchestration advisor: Claude Fable 5 High, Executor: GPT-5.6 Luna Extra High. Example workflow: “Create the plan with the root model. Send it to Fable 5 for critique. Let the root accept only valid suggestions. Send independent implementation slices to Luna executors. Then integrate, test, and verify everything with the root.” You can use the repo, modify it and use it however you like. Attached below. Enjoy

BREAKING - OFFICIAL RESULTS: GPT-5.6 Sol by @OpenAI is 1st overall on Design Arena with an Elo of 1353. This puts GPT-5.6 Sol above Claude Fable 5 by @AnthropicAI and in the same performance band as GLM 5.2 by @Zai_org on frontend design. This is an 18-position and 60-point Elo leap from GPT-5.5. GPT-5.6 Sol also establishes a new Pareto frontier for preference vs. speed, faster than any model at this performance. Congratulations to the @OpenAI team on the launch!

Morning. The last 48 hours of Codex and ChatGPT Work have been intense! Three important updates: - Temporarily removing the 5 hour usage limit restriction for all Plus, Business and Pro plans - Rolling out changes that will make GPT 5.6 Sol more efficient across the board and that will be reflected in less usage being used so that it can take you further. Exact impact to be quantified and shared - We hit 6M active users, and are landing a usage reset in the next hour Go do things

Pro Tip for Codex 20x pro plan: Use GPT 5.6 Sol Extra high + GPT 5.6 Luna Extra High and you won't any limit. Sol writes the plan, Luna executes, Sol reviews. Running this flow for last 48 hours and no 5 hour limit hit.

shadcn

Introducing shadcn/typeset. You know how you render markdown and get back plain, unstyled HTML? Headings, paragraphs, lists, tables. So you style the elements one by one: font sizes, line heights, spacing. You do it for your blog. Then you do it again for docs. Then again for the chat. Every time, you're fighting the same thing: sizing and spacing. To fix this, we created typeset.css: one file that styles everything inside a typeset container. It lives in your project, so you can change it directly when you need to. And we made it work beautifully with streaming markdown.

I'm having a lot success using Fable xhigh as a planner/architect, using GPT 5.5 xhigh (subscription) as a coder, then Fable xhigh again as a judge. At API pricing, planning+judge costs are in the ~few dollar range compared to typical $50+ full round trips. I've seen some others using dumber/cheaper coders, but GPT 5.5 even at xhigh compared to Fable 5 is very cheap and very fast. And GPT 5.5 is just... really good. Still been less than 24hrs since the re-release so the longevity of this approach is unclear, but its been working really well.

Claude Fable 5 will be available again globally tomorrow. After a series of productive conversations with the US government, we're redeploying the model with a new set of classifiers to target and block more cybersecurity tasks. In the near term, some routine tasks like coding and debugging will fall back to Opus 4.8. We’ll continue to refine these classifiers over the coming weeks to reduce false positives and better distinguish genuine misuse from legitimate requests. We’ve also begun drafting a consensus framework—with Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other Glasswing partners—for assessing the severity of AI jailbreaks and how AI developers should respond to them. We invite other industry partners and model providers to join us in this effort. Finally, we’re scaling up our collaboration with the US government on model testing and safeguards. This will include pre-release access to models and safeguards for evaluation, information sharing on jailbreaks and misuse, and dedicated resources for joint research. Thank you to our users for your patience, and to our partners across the government, industry, and the research community who worked alongside us to make Fable 5 available again. This is actually wild. Hermes just let you merge any two AI models into one virtual model. 🤯 It is called Mixture of Agents. Here is how it works. You pick any two models. GPT-5.5 and Claude Opus for example. One runs as the reference, one as the aggregator. Name the combo anything you want. It shows up as a single selectable model in your picker like any other. Every task, both models run in parallel. The reference analyzes and responds. The aggregator reads that, synthesizes everything, writes the final answer, and handles all tool calls. You see one clean output. The results on hard agentic tasks: → 8% higher than Opus 4.8 alone → 11% higher than GPT-5.5 alone Full Hermes features work untouched. Memory, tool use, skills, long sessions, cross-channel messaging. Nothing breaks. The combo just performs better than either model on its own. You can mix any providers too. OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, local models. Whatever you have access to.
Nous Research@NousResearch

The strongest models are gated and access is granted only to a select few. Hermes Agent now exposes MoA presets as virtual models, giving you capabilities beyond the publicly available frontier: 8% higher than Opus 4.8 and 11% higher than GPT 5.5 on our upcoming benchmark.

As a first blog post, I'm writing about how @polar_sh is steering away from Tailwind to StyleX in an effort to futureproof our frontend. Making it impossible to express an off-brand decision. If a value isn't a design decision, it should not typecheck. What do you want to know?
