Peer-reviewed studies and meta-analyses (Stanford 2012, Mayo Clinic reviews, systematic reviews) show no consistent nutritional superiority for organic produce over conventional. Nutrient levels like vitamins and minerals are generally similar.
Organic has lower pesticide residues, but conventional levels are well within safety standards. Observational links to some health benefits exist but are confounded by lifestyle factors. Both are healthy—eat more fruits/veggies regardless.
