@JIX5A You can download an eSIM and activate it before arriving in India on a plane and there should be no problem unless certain eSIMS are banned in India.

Getting a SIM card as a tourist to have mobile data is a nightmare in India. Why?? Tourist can get SIM cards very easily in every country they go except for India. If you want tourists to come, at least let them get a simpler process that actually enables the government to register them. Female tourist are very apprehensive of coming to India as it is but this security with regarding the SIM cards is a big issue for them.

@airindia The crew is very unhelpful. I have asked them multiple times for assistance but they have just ignored me not a single of them have followed up. And- here’s the broken charger below seat with exposed wires. Everything is broken and everyone is unhelpful. This is a very bad exp.

@airindia on a direct flight from Mumbai to SFO and scree is broken along with the charger port. Same thing happened on my initial flight. Haven’t been moved to a different seat despite there being other empty seats. Horrible service. Never again.

@airindia I’m in the flight right now, it hasn’t departed airport and they still haven’t changed my seat. Despite masking multiple times and there are vacant seats.
