Serbia is apparently the best country for youth. Spent a couple months in Belgrade a year ago, and this tracks. Very relaxed, no EU bullshit, no rainbow flags, no migrants, safe streets, excellent nightlife, you can even still smoke in the cafes and bars. No one seems to have much money or with very hard and the cost of living isn't cheap but somehow no one seems to be working all that hard either, parks and terraces always full, people just generally seem like they're enjoying life. Getting frozen out of the international rules based order seems to have been a blessing.

The company whose chips power every AI system on the planet. If anyone on Earth has the right to say "AI replaces workers," it's Jensen Huang. And he said the OPPOSITE. During the same interview, Jensen revealed something nobody's talking about: He said AI startups like OpenAI and Anthropic are seeing their revenues increase by one to two billion dollars a WEEK. It seems plausible to me that over the next ten years or so, AI may eliminate 10% or more of all middle-class white collar jobs, and that most of the millions of people losing these jobs will not be able to pay their mortgages and will be forced to sell their homes. With millions of homes coming on the market, the price of housing will likely drop. Renters with secure occupations — that is, those likely to be immune from AI shock — will benefit enormously as home ownership becomes more affordable. Does this seem like a plausible scenario?

I love seeing people say accountants will lose their jobs due to AI agents. Instead, it will make accountants more efficient and able to work more sustainable hours. A lot of people don't realize that most accountants work 60+ hours a week during peak season. Leveraging AI can reduce those hours down to 40, while reducing turnover, which is the most expensive cost for firms. I'm already seeing this at EY with some of the agents we've built. All of my client communications are ran through our internal AI that takes my "word salad, vomit" and turns it into a professional email that is easily understood by junior accounts employed by my clients. The reality is that you cannot just replace people with machines overnight. This will take years, probably decades. An AI agent cannot be held liable and does not hold credentials. It's as reliable as your confidence level in it. Ultimately, if you make a mistake using AI, you are responsible for it. Versus, if you have hired a firm, like EY, the firms are legally bound to be accurate and give you the best product possible. The letters 'CPA' at the end of an accountants name just made them worth a lot more money.

Too many guys are coping about age. Attractive women in their 20s prefer men in mid 20s to maybe mid 30s max. On apps, even women in late 30s set their age filter at 40 max. Not sure why guys don’t get this. @FWPlayboy thoughts on this?
