@PCFinancial I'm putting this on social media because not enough is done to help customers. This is to raise awareness. Loyal to PC Financial for over 10 years, never asked for a thing. They don't help customers. Instead, they'll support greedy merchants and take their word. Come on

@PCFinancial customer service is a thing of the past. Transaction dispute going on for far too long, goal post always moving. They keep requesting information only to be told they already have the information. Why are you always siding with the merchant?

@PCFinancial Problem is, anyone I speak with is giving me the run-around. Every person from PC Financial requests more documentation. The merchant takes responsibility and I provided proof. Why isn't that sufficient?

@UberEats why is your customer service so bad. When I order something and it's not what is ordered, why do you expect me to still pay for it? Even with pictures proving that it's clearly not what I had ordered.
