Anthropic CEO Dario is very smart but handled the DoW situation poorly. Its like his first real negotiation and he failed quite spectacularly. The internal memo he wrote was insanely foolish and probably closed the door. He doubled down on stupid by suggesting he was rebuilding his relationship (back at the table) while concurrently suing the gov't. I think the lawsuit could wait frankly.
