Wanted to like @trycreate_co. Tried the product and liked it. Reordered once on my own. Then got hit with an auto-shipment from some click-through-default-subscription-dark-pattern bullshit and now fuck them forever. Never ordering from them again and neither should you.

@SleeperChiefsKC @mansoordelane @SleeperRaiders He’s not wrong. I’ve said for years no team has ever owned the ravens in my lifetime like the chiefs. Hopefully that ends with Jesse minter. He’s owned those KC offenses for years.

Everyone is using Claude for Meta ads right now. Very few founders are using it to extract data-backed angles that actually scale. Which is why I built a resource with the exact Meta Angle OS Claude Prompt I use to build $1M/mo creative systems... Most brands are using AI to come up with ideas, but it's trained on absolutely nothing, so it just spits out low-effort "AI slop" that fatigues in 3 days. This prompt automatically analyzes your Amazon reviews, Reddit threads, and post-purchase surveys to extract the deep psychological triggers your buyers care about. So that you get the exact personas, angles, and hooks you need to scale past $1M/mo. It gets the founder out of the daily execution weeds and stops you from throwing spaghetti at the wall. It's yours now if you: Comment "angle" and I'll send it over. (You need to be following so I can DM it to you.)

People keep asking for this and I've been sitting on it for a while. Here's my 50 founder ad swipe file - you can copy and rinse and repeat. Lot's of these are running at scale - lot's are just cool concepts and variations to give you ideas to test. Pulled it all together into one swipe file. P.S this is a working file so I will keep adding too it! Everytime I see a new banger I will add. Comment "SWIPE" and I'll send it over.

I interviewed all of the best creative strategists in the world. @binghott. @iamshackelford. @DenneyDara. @sourfraser. @MatthewGattozzi. @pkennedy93 @thedennis. @harrydelmege_. @heyitsalexP. (thank you so much guys, you're all the best) If you read this document you will be able to become, train, & hire the best advertiser/creative strategist in the world. I promise you that. Hiring and training creative strategists is one of the most expensive mistakes you can make if you get it wrong. So I asked the best in the world: what separates the ones who actually produce winners from everyone else. I wrote it all up in one doc. I put a lot of time into this and there literally 0 AI, just 14 pages of straight sauce. reply "STRAT" and I'll send it over.

You ever pulled a door with a pull handle, only to find out it's a push to open door? Did it make you feel dumb? Maybe a little frustrated. "What kind of idiot can't open a door?" You probably asked yourself. It's not your fault. It's bad design. Better design would be a flat plate that tells you "push" subconsciously, because there's nothing to pull. Bad design is deadly to businesses. Not because it's not pretty, or instagrammable. But because it makes your customers feel stupid. No bueno. Good design, branding, visuals, anything your customers interact with is worth spending money on to make sure it's intuitive, in touch, and works well. This goes for internal branding systems as well as external. If your employees feel dumb using a system you've created, don't be surprised when they don't use it.

So, you want to create a supplement? Have you thought about: Form factor - capsule, powder, gummy Formulation - are the raws viable in your form factor Dosages - does this limit both of the above? Flavor - is flavor required? Should you have multiple? Non-active ingredients - do these work with the above? How do I make the most people happy? Can I use synthetic compounds? If I go all natural, what will it taste like Cost - after considering everything above, are the numbers commercially viable? Packaging - do I use a large container with a scoop? Stick pack? Plastic or glass bottle for caps? What does it all cost? Manufacturer - can a manufacturer even pull off what you want? If so, what’s the minimum order? Is it smart to spend a lot of money on an untested product? Scale - can my sources for raws scale with my brand? And so the process continues… Note: this is only for quality products

I’m guessing from you just sent traffic to a PDP for demand testing? What do you think about sending traffic to a listicle or sales page since that’s the control for most brands? I understand it adds a step (which can be a heavy lift) but I’m a copywriter by trade and figure it’s valuable to test the funnel as you’d actually want to run it.

It hurts Ravens fan @ryanpjones82 to say, but winning in Pittsburgh would give the Ravens a playoff spot they didn't earn, and another excuse to not make needed changes. So...Go Steelers 🤮

If you're frustrated with slow payouts from your payment processor... (and you're probably right, they're more likely than not making interest on your money) reach out - let's get you your money in 1-2 biz days from the transaction

first of all, congrats on FO profitability we've been bootstrapped since the beginning too. definitely adds it's own set of challenges, but more than doable lots of variables are unknown to me here. what are supplier terms? lead times? what does cash conversion cycle look like? what comes to mind is find the leverage. if payout terms are a constraint, then work around that. the frame isn't "I don't see another way out"... the frame is "how do we need to think about this problem differently?" if ads are profitable & payouts are slow, can you renegotiate with supplier and pay for inventory after it's sold? are you utilizing credit? the key here is to think A-to-Z about the entire pipeline (from PO to payout) and figure out where the bottleneck actually is. if ads are profitable, then there's no "limited budget" only limited thinking.
Tom Adolph@tadolph

How to scale a brand on a limited budget. I run an ecomm brand that’s fully bootstrapped. So every dollar that comes out of the brand goes right back into ads. Right now, we’re first purchase profitable but it feels like a bit of a hamster wheel where we’re waiting for payouts so we can dump it back into ads. Bc of this, we’ve unable to scale past a certain point despite strong indicators of success (high conversion rate, good ROAS, low CPAs). Of course, bc of low scale, our results are volatile — one day looks amazing and the next day is shit — but when we zoom out everything looks strong. I don’t see a way out other than to increase our budget and hope results hold as we increase scale… but would love to hear other ideas if you have them.
