Thinking about doing a 3 Day Mastermind in Lake Como, Italy in September. Asked my CA Pro Members yesterday if they were into it, and response was a very enthusiastic “yes." Will be two days of content/masterminding + a more laid back day out on the lake. We’ll focus on Agentic Marketing, Acquisition, Retention Marketing, and more. The best eCom and DTC operators in the world sharing exactly what's working for them in a private, breathtaking setting. Of those CA Pro Members who have already said they're in, we've got: DTC eCom Brand Doing $15MM Per Month (Health and Wellness Devices) DTC eCom Brand Doing $7MM Per Month With Quiz Funnels (Beauty) And 15+ other DTC brands all doing $1MM - $10MM a month in a range of categories spanning eCom, info, challenge funnels, etc. My buddy (and another CA Pro Member) Peter said he's in too, which pretty much automatically increases the fun level of this mastermind by 300%. try setting up as a command, no need for a whole project. /tofu-static.md /bofu-static.md have found this way easier lately to run any sort of "pipeline" directly inside of brand project. can include in the command to spawn a team of agents that analyzes the swipe and then sends all the analysis info to a prompt-engineer agent before sending to nano banana api

I would suggest setting this up as a project in Claude, it is cracked You can upload a screenshot of any ad you like into it and it will automatically output the exact prompt to use in nano banana or higgsfield The prompts are very good especially with getting the product labelling and rendering spot on Then once it gives you the prompt you can ask it to create 5-10 variations of that prompt (copy, design, background colors, etc) so you can then generate a bunch of variants of the static ad concept Load them all into a flex ad, rinse and repeat Once you nail it down and calibrate it you can probably hire a VA to run these through and generate new prompts daily For every 10 ads I've made using this today, 8 of them are ready to immediately load into the ad account Very important you get the source docs correct that Alex goes through, probably worth it do it manually or be diligent about going through every little detail

There are a bunch of different bugs impacting Meta performance right now. If you're seeing random weird data such as a crash in CPM / CPMr that also aligns with declining CVR I encourage you to check your audience network spends. Meta is aware of this.
