the PRD problem isnt that the format is wrong its that PRDs try to communicate intent through specification. agents dont need specs they need context and constraints. 16 skills is a good start but the real unlock is when the agent can ask clarifying questions instead of guessing from a doc nobody updated since Q1

the PRD is dead. devs don't read it, agents can't use. i asked PMs and devs on how they handle this in 2026: after ~200 replies in r/productmanagement (topped) & r/experienceddevs found similar issues on both sides so i open sourced 16 product skills for ai coding agents link below:
