Why is it always someone else's fault? People who do not check their passport and find out the rules beforehand only have themselves to blame Govt website has been saying average 10 week wait for months but people book holidays then blame others when there is a problem @itvnews

@HM_Passport I allowed 16weeks!! Yet I am 12weeks in and still do not have my daughters passport!! Stop rushing through the applications from April to make it look like you have everything under control when you haven’t processed applications from Jan/Feb/March! 😤😡

@HM_Passport my mum and dad have 4 weeks until the go on a cruise . You declined her application 3 weeks ago .we’re calling everyday,trying to get hold of them to get my old passport back to get an urgent appointment but I can't get through to anyone! Can we class it as lost ?
