Fellow CITIZENS, I’m focused on the main show, finding a national solution to #CAB3, not distractions or sideshows. My leadership effort and focus is on our plans and a FRESH START path ahead. The die is cast. I say and act with integrity, purpose and in your best interests. Everything I do is grounded in accountability, responsibility, and the national interest. Ignore the sting operations and machinations meant to push a false narrative founded on malice and lies. God bless you.~Forever and always nc

@daddyhope Nyaradzo's business model is fundamentally about cashflow. Ndosaka @nigelchanakira vakaunza vaKiyosaki munyika. @tamukac The business employs all of us who toil to pay subs and wishes we could live forever just paying subs 😀
English

We need to cure this ignorance as black Zimbabweans because we keep embarrassing ourselves with this nonsense.
Nyaradzo does not make money from our deaths; in fact, it loses money every time one of us who is subscribed to their services passes away.
Nyaradzo actually makes more money when we are alive and paying subscriptions. When more people die, the company loses more money.
Each death means the loss of a business partner for Nyaradzo, not a gain. Please stop repeating this ignorance, because it is not only untrue, it disrespects the remarkable work done in building one of Zimbabwe’s most successful black-owned companies.

@memorynguwi Nhai my former lecturer ndirikudawo kugadzirirwa board recompany yangu. Ndotangirawo papi?

One opportunity I see many organizations missing is in the appointment of board members. Just like in staff recruitment, some organizations do it well, but others do a poor job. A long list of qualifications and experience does not automatically make someone an effective board member. If someone has no proven track record of achieving results, don’t expect miracles once they join the board. Board appointments should be based on demonstrated technical expertise or a solid history of performance. Integrity must also be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, in some cases—especially in Zimbabwe—appointments are driven more by the desire to protect individual shareholder interests than by merit. We still have a long way to go in getting this right.
