@flyspicejet your phone customer service pushes customers to email which pushes to check status on your website! All to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled due to technical reasons. How might I speak with a customer support human at Spicejet?

Spoke about side projects at the Berlin Product Designers meetup yesterday at @n26. The venue was packed with ~180 passionate designers.
The stories & jokes landed and got many questions…so something must have clicked. I might have delivered my best in-person talk yet.
