@shapermint beware of this company. I sent them th DMs thst they requested for a refund after they tricked me into purchasing two additional items on their website. Someone called me on WhatsApp claiming to be their customer service…..

Then they wanted me to click on a link to get my refund. I’ve DMd my information and order number to three different “Shapermint” customer service sites and still no resolution.

@shapermint why are you providing a fake customer number? I just placed an order and just tried to cancel because I did not realize that extra items were added at a “discounted pricce” until I got my confirmation. Who can I contact to ensure my refund has been processed?

So…..I asked for extra sauce for my pasta at @olivegarden and this is what they gave me. The cup isn’t even half way full. If I wanted more, they were going to charge me $8. After the money that I just spent there, they are going to charge me? Ridiculous!

@Walmart In what world is giving your customer these cans in their pick up order is acceptable?

I guess@TampaElectric doesn’t care about their customers suffering in the heat outside. They just disconnect service and don’t even provide a way to reconnect after hours.

@SouthwestAir used to be my favorite airline. Now, with all these changes, I’m going to have to support another airline.

@sonicdrivein How can you send an unsealed and unbagged milkshake to a customer through a door dasher? All other food places send their drinks and food sealed in a bag. This is unacceptable!

@DoorDash just delivered a milkshake that was not sealed or in a bag. The lid came off and the milkshake spilled. They should know better than to accept an order like that especially with people slipping things into your drinks. Of course there’s not a way to reach someone.

What in the world is going on with @Hulu service? I pay a lot of money to have their streaming service and it either doesn’t work or the service lags and I get the circle of death.

I just left a @Verizon store and I am just as confused now than when I walked in the door. Now, I have to call Verizon to find out what is going on😡

Never upgrade your phone with @Verizon They always mess up my credits/bill when I trade in my device and then no one can explain it.

@hulu_support why is Hulu not working? It won’t allow me to login. It’s saying that my email address is not valid, but I know it is. I pay a lot to get Live TV and I should be able to watch it.

@TampaElectric I’ve done that a couple of times and all you’ve done was give me the same generic message that you send out via text. Clearly, there is an outage and it has already been reported. This does not affect an entire area; only three buildings.

@FOX13News Every building in my apartment complex has power except my building and two other buildings. No one will tell us what’s going on. It’s hard to believe that they can turn on power for 12 buildings and not the full 15.
