72% of Detroit's absentee voting precincts in the August 2020 primary had incorrect ballot counts. 363 out of 503 precincts. This also happened in 2016. The number of ballots recorded as counted did not match the number of absentee ballots listed in the precinct poll books as having been cast. 46% of ALL Detroit precincts, absentee + Election Day combined, showed out-of-balance counts.
