@TombHD @MoMohler You have to be brain dead to think that hot weather in Europe is worse than hot weather in places like Texas Miami, California, Nevada, New Mexico

@DeAngel21069970 @X_Grace_G Being a millionaire is about your Net Worth, not your yearly income. Someone taking home $750K/year is most-likely a millionaire.

@ScarQarly @xAviation It doesn’t. when the 3rd party view shows the plane turn left, the inside view still shows the plane oriented towards the right

Since its upload in 2017, the viral Emirates A380 crosswind landing filmed by CargoSpotter has later been complemented by footage recorded by a passenger onboard the very same flight! While the outside angle clearly shows the aircraft's swinging movements, rudder inputs and continuous crosswind corrections, the cabin view demonstrates how differently the same landing is experienced from inside the aircraft. 📹: cargospotter

@applefiles_ please don’t act like Apple Maps is good. It once told me to take a left across traffic and go to the next light and do a U-turn, rather than just taking a right.

@TxTSaint @SpendspaceIO @SteveOnSpeed @Heccles94 capital gains taxes because he doesn’t sell. He uses his assets as collateral to take out loans at lower interest rates. So if he doesn’t have to sell, he never has to pay taxes on the appreciation. Meanwhile, I pay taxes on my earnings and stock appreciation (2/2).

@TxTSaint @SpendspaceIO @SteveOnSpeed @Heccles94 He started and developed a business into 127B in value, which you say is not earnings. Fine. However, when I purchase stocks, I do so with post-tax earnings, and then pay capital gains when I sell. Or if 401K, I pay ordinary rates when I withdraw. Bezos barely even pays.. (1/2)

@MaaneeGaming @joecarlsonshow Again, who cares in pure dollar terms how much they’re paying if the average person is more burdened by taxes? If you refuse to acknowledge the individual burden, then you’re the one who still doesn’t understand the situation.

@tbbucs94 @joecarlsonshow Just goes to show you still don't understand what the situation is. Whether it's 9% or 0.0009%, the ultra wealthy, top 1%, are paying 40% of the total taxes.

@lxiv___ @yannispappas This is not about tax rates. This is about tax revenue — how much money you collect. And top 1% pays 40% of taxes in the us while in Sweden 12%. Top 10% pays for 70% while in Sweden up to 40%. Sweden, a Scandinavian country, is closer to flat taxation than the us.

@TxTSaint @SpendspaceIO @SteveOnSpeed @Heccles94 It in fact does mean he made 127B. Thats how net worth increases. Capital gains rates are already favorable, but people like bezos generally fund their lifestyle from loans using stock as collateral to avoid even paying capital gains. Then when they die it’s a step up basis.

@SteveOnSpeed @Heccles94 Pointing to the total taxes paid or marginal rates just distracts from the fact that regular people pay a much higher EFFECTIVE tax rate than the ultra-wealthy. The issue lies in comparative tax burden.

@Safemoonflight @Heccles94 You can still pay taxes and get a refund check, buddy. It’s about how much you paid IN EXCESS of taxes owed that dictates the refund. Not that you don’t pay taxes at all.

@tbbucs94 @joecarlsonshow Yep, the ultra wealthy pay 9% whereas joe blow pays 10%. It just happens that 9% of billions and millions is much more impactful than the 10% of tens of thousands. It'd be more helpful to say we have a spending problem than say the rich aren't paying enough.
