Conservatives regularly smear her for her Islamic beliefs and accuse her of not truly belonging in the United States. Look, if you’re Catholic, you don’t have to agree with the Pope about the wars going on around the world (I think you should), but at the very least you shouldn’t be a dick about it. The Pope may not always be right, but he’s always the Pope and should be treated with respect.
