Just 64.3% of votes counted three days after Election Day - and Raman may magically make up a huge deficit to take second place over Pratt through mail-in ballots. There isn’t a sane and sober person on the planet who can justify or defend this.

Colombia just held their election.
They require voter ID and use paper ballots. They hand-count the votes of each station one by one. No machines or mail-in ballots due to security concerns.
