@ThisIsLeonn @FlightHub @airtransat They need FIVE DAYS to figure out what they are going to do to rectify this but I’m sure it took them SECONDS to take your funds from your account when you booked. Just wow. I’m so sorry to hear this happened to you.. every consumers worst nightmare when flying ..

@FidoSolutions and to make matters worse, when my mother asked the technician what was going on, he said MY internet was affecting the connection of my NEIGHBOUR'S internet, meanwhile the person on the phone told me it was an entire neighbourhood problem

@FidoSolutions it would also do you some good if you could CONTACT the person who pays the bill (ME, on time, every month mind you) to LET ME KNOW there will be service done in the neighbourhood
