my V2 system for street interview ads these street interview ads convert like crazy with this workflow the concepts are basically endless, we're literally creating videos in every niche imaginable also zero manual edits. every single subtle cut, zoom, pan, angle change was handled automatically by our custom editing frameworks. you literally just generate and export it's actually insane how fast we're making these now. i made this full 60 second video in under 11 minutes... you can make 10-15 different concept angles in like an hour or 2 and scale hyper aggressively

I spent years doing everything "right"— and still ended up with chronic high blood pressure, afternoon crashes & constant frustration. Coming from law & enterprise tech sales, I always wanted to look & feel good—but had very little time. So I did what most high-performers do: tried every piece of advice available. One year vegetarian. One year carnivore. CrossFit. Bodybuilding. Supplements and nootropics that were "absolutely essential." Training at 8pm in a blue-lit gym after double espressos. Wearing AirPods all day. SPF 30 in winter on my face. Sunglasses outside. Waking up at 5am on six hours of sleep to "get after it." The result? Minimal progress. Stubborn belly fat. Chronic high blood pressure. Constant frustration. I had to step back and ask: What are the actual laws of energy and health? As Elon says: "Physics is law. Everything else is a recommendation." So what are the actual laws in health — and what's just recommendation? That's when I approached health like any complex problem I'd faced in law. I asked: What are the highest-leverage interventions for my bottlenecks? What's based on science & what is just marketing? What works with my schedule, not against it? I spent 6 years studying law across different continents. Interned in big law & parliament. In law, you don't guess. You break down complex cases, analyze all sides, and apply logic without bias. I applied the same thinking to health. That sent me deep into physics and biology. From mainstream to niche — I dove deeper and deeper down rabbit holes. Research papers. Podcasts. Experiments on myself. I consumed everything. I paid coaches 1:1 to learn from them. The more I experimented and applied, the more I started connecting dots others didn't seem to see. Mitochondria. Environmental inputs. What I found was this: I was operating below my real capacity because my environment was suppressing my ability to produce energy. My biology was the bottleneck. When I fixed the actual biological inputs — not the symptoms — everything changed. Stable energy from morning to night. No afternoon crashes. Better sleep. High blood pressure gone. And once I saw it, I started seeing the same pattern everywhere. All around me — colleagues in tech, founders, friends — brilliant people were struggling with the exact same problems I'd just solved. Smart people building AI systems, while their biology is falling apart. Still saying: "My energy is not quite right." "I've plateaued." "I'm operating at 60–70%." And if you talk to them deeper, they admit: It's not just about health anymore. It starts affecting their business performance. Decision quality. Focus. The edge they used to have. What used to take 2 hours now takes 6. Most people don't realize how degraded their baseline has become. "Something feels off. I don't feel like myself anymore." But at the same time, they're thinking: "I've already tried optimizing my health." Supplements. Nootropics. Red light panels. Peptides. Detoxes. IV drips. Nicotine patches. Sleep trackers. Diet experiments. Training programs. Some things help temporarily. But the results don't stick. Because most approaches optimize fragments. The trainer focuses on the gym hour. Ignores the other 23. The nutritionist gives a meal plan. Never asks about sleep or light. The doctor runs bloodwork. Sees "normal." Prescribes a pill after 10 minutes. Sends you home. The functional medicine practitioner swaps pill-for-every-ill for supplement-for-every-biomarker. They might change some things — but they don't correct the environment your biology is responding to. But you surely know those 10-day "resets" founders talk about? Health trips. Getting off the grid. Coming back feeling amazing. That's not magic. That's what happens when your body finally gets the right conditions for a few days. Your biology starts receiving coherent signals again. At that point, I thought I had solved the puzzle. But then something happened that made me realize this wasn't just about personal optimization anymore. It was about something much bigger — and much more urgent. It was early 2023. I was still working in tech sales, building pitch decks, working on deals, while running a small outdoor training group on the weekends called no.mind. Just a passion project. Saturday mornings. Calisthenics in the cold. A few friends who craved more than average gym routines. But something had been weighing on me. My grandmother in Belarus had suffered a stroke not long before. She survived. But half of her body was paralyzed. She couldn't walk anymore, she could only move one arm. No more long afternoons working in her garden, where she used to grow all kinds of fruits, vegetables, berries. No more days in the sauna — a ritual she truly loved. Her wish? "To sit in the sauna again. To work in my garden." But she couldn't. That hit me. Because she was one of the strongest people I knew. And now she was spending every day indoors — dependent, watching the seasons change from behind a window. Then I saw the pattern. My great-grandfather: stroke, paralyzed. My great-uncle: heart attack in his 30s. My grandfather: cancer. My grandmother: stroke. Alzheimer's and type 2 diabetes ran in my family too. Different diagnoses. Same trajectory. This wasn't random. It was a repeatable pattern. I'd always been obsessed with health. But that moment made something click. This wasn't just about my energy, my body, my performance. This was systemic. People spend thousands on health and still deteriorate. I understood that: Energy decline precedes disease. The crashes, the brain fog — these aren't inconveniences. They're early signals. That was the day no.mind stopped being a weekend thing. It became a mission. To help high-performers reclaim energy before the slow decline begins. To prevent what happened to my family from repeating in yours. I started coaching — first for free. After 3 months, my first client said: "I'd like to pay you and continue working together." That's when it kicked off as an actual business. The more I worked with clients, the clearer the pattern became. They'd come to me focused on diet and inconsistent exercise. They'd tried everything — supplements, detoxes, personal trainers. But they still weren't getting better. Fatigue. Brain fog. Afternoon crashes. Uncertainty about what was actually working. On the surface, clients wanted better physique — build muscle, lose weight, more energy. But the more you talked to them, the more they opened up. Many struggled with hidden symptoms no one could solve that were affecting their life. Initially, I wanted to help people build muscle and lose fat. But I realized those are just byproducts of how your system works. Because all roads lead to mitochondrial energy. I realized most people don't need another supplement. They need to fix their body's core energy system. I had a client who went to doctors, worked with a personal trainer, hired a nutritionist, and took a sleep optimization course. He was still struggling with energy issues and symptoms that kept nagging him. Every expert touched one piece. No one connected them into a coherent biological system. The more I tried approaches with myself, the more I tested with clients — I saw the same thing working every time. That's when it clicked: Physique and fat loss aren't goals. They're downstream effects. Byproducts of abundant energy. When you have the right biological inputs the outputs happen naturally. People were asking me to help them build muscle while running on 6 hours of sleep, eating lunch at their desk under fluorescent lights, fighting their biology every step of the way. It's like trying to grow a plant in the dark and wondering why fertilizer isn't working. I realized I didn't want to be another coach helping people fight their biology. I wanted to help people work with their biology to create consistent, abundant energy that makes everything else easier. The same approach solves two problems at once: Abundant daily energy now. Prevention of what's coming — the chronic diseases that affected my family and affect the majority of people today. Since then, people I work with fall into three archetypes. The Energy-Capped Operator: Your energy is not where it should be. You're still performing — but it costs more than it should. You train. You try to eat well. You take care of yourself. And yet something is off. By 2pm you're not as sharp. You need caffeine to keep going. You might even wake at 3am with a racing mind. Nothing dramatic. But enough to know the system isn't working the way it should. The Fragmented Optimizer: You've already tried to solve this. Trainers. Trackers. Supplements. Gadgets. Blood tests. Functional medicine panels. Some things help — for a week. Then progress plateaus. Deep down you know the problem isn't effort. You just never had a system that ties everything together. The Momentum-Lost Builder: You used to be more dialed in than this. Then life got more complex. Business grew. Travel increased. Maybe kids entered the picture. Now your system works in cycles — a few weeks disciplined, then everything slips. Not because you lack discipline. Because the routines that used to work no longer survive the complexity of your life. If you fall into one of these categories, this is what I do: I work 1:1 with founders and high performers to identify what's not working in their system. Then we correct the inputs affecting energy production and build something you can actually maintain. 12 weeks. Direct access to me. Not a junior coach. You stop guessing what to change. Your energy becomes consistent throughout the day. Your focus is clear. Work stops feeling harder than it should. You stop being the bottleneck in your own life. Your health stops being something you constantly manage. It runs in the background while you build & live. No more endless research, no more trial and error, no more managing 20 different protocols. 12 weeks to install a biological operating system you can maintain for life. If that resonates, DM me "ENERGY."

I totally understand where you are coming from, and I support it. But Ideas were never the limiting factor. The rate of implementation is the key factor. example: Many people had the notion of make an electric cars. But only one entity made it commercially viable. And to this day, the idea is out there, yet many companies are struggling to even replicate it!

Im wondering if having more plays will increase your chances of winning the #vibejam? I dont want to share my game early because im afraid others will repliate the concept, but I dont want to share it so late that it doesnt get any visibility and looked over by the judges. @ze_rusty Modern solar inverters (SMA, Fronius, SolarEdge, Enphase etc.) produce very low levels of "dirty electricity" & EMF. They meet strict international EMC & THD standards, the added noise in your home wiring is usually negligible.

> guy installs solar panels to "go green" > electric bill drops > within months his wife starts getting headaches > kids can't sleep > he measures the house > DIRTY ELECTRICTY is off the charts > the inverter converting DC to AC is pumping high-frequency noise into every wire in his home > NOBODY told him about this when he signed the contract Clean energy. Dirty electricity.
Rusty ⚡️: Solar Powered ☀️@ze_rusty

Most people think nnEMFs exist only near power lines or wireless devices Solar panels create nnEMFs that travel further However, it's not the panels themselves, The problem comes from the electronics, especially the Inverters & monitoring system nnEMFs from Solar Panels 🧵

I built a plasma donation directory on Wordpress over a year ago that low-key sucked. It didn’t do anything useful. Only made like $2k in the last year and a half. I dug deeper into the niche and realized I’m solving the wrong problem. People who donate plasma don’t have issues finding plasma centers - they have issues figuring out how much $$ plasma centers pay their donors. So I rebuilt it with Claude code and launched it yesterday. The new focus is to crowdsource plasma price data. Gasbuddy ($10m+ directory) but for plasma donation. Made a Reddit post this morning and its poppin off. Already got 58 crowdsourced pricing reports. It’s so freakin niche but it’s a massive consumer need in a $30B market. It’s still an SEO play, but now it’s also a “make this so valuable people share it organically” play. My last YT vid explains how I’m crowdsourcing data + creating incentives Short-term monetization plan: display ads Long-tail monetization plan: create a very high-ticket offer where I sell data back to plasma centers. Or featured listings.
