Despite what my friend and former colleague at Fox suggests here, I am not “anti-Dodger.” I am pro everyone plays with the same roster size. Crazy idea, I know. We are still at the point in the conversation where no one, including in this article, has provided a logical thought provoking explanation as to why the team the has Ohtani on it gets to carry 14 pitchers, Dodgers or otherwise. I don’t fault the Dodgers for taking advantage. Every team would. This is on MLB and needs to be addressed. (I was ready to let this go, but had to defend myself against this “anti-Dodger” claim.)

@the_bue_city @Wittman7 They changed the rule to allow a 2way player to stay in as the DH. Before that a P could not move to DH, you can reference all of the game logs for Ohtani in 2018 and 2021. Maybe I misspoke on the NCAA rule being changed that recent, but 100% was changed for Ohtani in MLB.
