@ClayTravis This is bad for CFB. This is just going to allow the NCAA to continue pretending there isn't a problem for two years while this is overturned in court. They need to bite the bullet and start collective bargaining. That's where this is headed. Congress will not pass legislation.

You are an idiot. This happened last year. They lied. The very next day they said the fee was a one-time fee instead of annual - rendering the fee obsolete in serving its intended purpose. Companies will gladly pay a one-time $100,000 fee amortized across the 6 years they have the H-1B employee
