@NoBrokerCare It's going to be 2 weeks since my plan ended. When will the keys be returned to me. Do I have to keep chasing people to get them back?

@NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom My plan has ended and I have not got my keys back even after 10 days. Your FRM agreed to hand back the keys after Pongal but now he is away until weekend. Why do I have to always chase around people to get things done? Nobody ever acts responsibly.

When your own website lists properties in the same locality smaller than mine and asking for more deposit, why I am being convinced to reduce mine @NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom It's an excuse not to convince tenants on the benefits.

Not convinced that the RM is doing his job, genuinely trying to get the property rented out. Instead the motivation is to delay things and make us pay for extending the plan. Keep telling me that other houses ask less though I find people asking more in the same locality.

@NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom After 60 days our property is still not rented out while you had been making promises. Have to chase down RM for update every time, absolutely no feedback and FRM goes on medical leaves quite frequently. Total waste of money, time and no peace of mind.

@ainvvy Students enroll in Universities but don't attend classes but work fulltime to earn since the cap has been removed. Added to this is fake certificates and credentials. A few such cases might hurt genuine ones.

Some Australian universities now ban students from specific states. Northern states, for some reason.

@GergelyOrosz True. We're seeing a lot of 13-25 year experienced candidates suddenly in the market open for senior engineering roles.

This talent collective: pallet.xyz/list/pragmatic… There's people coming on the market with exceptional profiles I've not seen in a long time. E.g. principal engineer at a Big Tech with 25 years exp. CTO and founder of a formerly high-growth scaleup. Eng w 10 years at Google.

In my talent collective, seeing devs &EMs come on the market who joined bootstrapped, profitable tech companies just after those companies raised VC funding. VC funding meant hiring large eng teams, going into the red. Now those places are cutting, to become profitable, again.
