@makemytripcare @makemytrip @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank @jagograhakjago Really disappointed with the support service of MakeMyTrip and HDFC Bank. For the past few days, I have been continuously requesting proof of the transaction, but there has been no proper response from either side. There has been no call, no message, and my issue is still unresolved. MakeMyTrip says the amount has already been debited by the bank and asks me to contact the bank. On the other hand, HDFC Bank is asking me to get proof from MakeMyTrip. This back-and-forth is extremely frustrating. As a customer, what am I supposed to do? No one is taking responsibility, no one is responding properly, and no one is treating this issue seriously. My credit card bill due date has arrived, and ₹43,000 is stuck in this matter. My money is blocked, and I am left without any resolution.
