@nezzie_26 Clarification - if loaned or rented hardware needs to be returned after cancelling a service, you should receive a prepaid return label attached to the cancellation confirmation email. Please contact us directly if you didn't get one or are unclear if a return is needed. -swc

Hello, George. I'm sorry that your TV service is still not working. We would need to troubleshoot with you and notify our TV team if there are any issues that cannot be resolved by troubleshooting. Regarding reimbursement, we would need to take it on a case by case basis, so if you have had ongoing TV service issues such as the one with the error codes, please reach out to us and we can look into compensation as well as troubleshooting and reporting further issues to our TV team. . @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz Severe TV issues for days. Spoke to tech support, they admitted to problem ongoing for at least 5 days. Outage map shows nothing, but dozens of reddit posts from all over!! What are you doing and how will you make it right with paying customers?

@TekSavvyCSR That won't be necessary. A @Rogers tech has already come out and said everything looks fine and call my ISP. I called your ppl who say they can't see the modem and it's a Rogers issue. Fed up with you both. @Bell ??

Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

Ah okay no problem! Where available, we do have higher upload speeds for some of the coax cable services. So for example, 100mbps down/100mbps up, 500mbps down/200mbps up, and 1024mbps down/200mbps up are available in some areas. The website should indicate the upload availability. :) - RH
