Zero accountability from the national airline

How do we as Canadians hold @AirCanada accountable for their mismanagement and lies. Flights yesterday cancelled between YSJ and YUL based on weather when the weather wasn’t even forecasted to be bad until after the flight schedule. It’s all lies and zero accountability!

Website for @AirCanada after a flight change says we can cancel the flight but the cancel button just puts you in a loop back to confirm the flight change. The mgmt may not be responsible for the weather but they are responsible for the customer facing technology

@Kijiji @Apple It felt intrusive and frankly unnecessary. Notifications should be for actual events of concern not marketing. You want to market to me, send an email and sit in my spam folder where you belong
