@Cernovich Here's where your fantasy falls apart: refusing to comply with a legally produced subpoena is a Republican thing. Unlike certain MAGAs, most Democrats tend to respect the rule of law.

Biden is a loser. Pressure points are Garland and the border. Fire off subpoenas immediately. Democrats won’t comply. Refer them to DOJ. Which won’t indict. This sets up prima facie case of selective prosecution. SCOTUS needs this to reshape the law, to protect Americans.
