WSJ: Tesla Finally Has Its First Semi-Truck and It’s Already a Hit With Truckers. "Truckers who drove it in pilot tests say they loved features including a centered driving position, faster charging and longer range for about $100,000 less than other battery-electric trucks. Angel Rodriguez, a 56-year-old truck driver for Hight Logistics in Long Beach, Calif., recently swapped out a 13-gear diesel truck for a Tesla Semi, which is automatic, for a one-month pilot test. “It’s just easier on your body. It’s less stressful because you’re not really having to engage the clutch and the stick shift.” Big F Transport employs five mechanics to service more than 40 diesel-powered rigs and a fleet of trailer chassis in Wilmington, Calif. “If we go all EV we will only need one [mechanic] to service chassis,” said Geovanny Melendez, the carrier’s VP of operations, who went to see the Semi earlier this month at a ride-and-drive event near the Port of Long Beach. Jennie Abarca, co-founder and CEO of King Fio Trucking in Long Beach, Calif., once worked as a truck dispatcher and her husband is a truck driver, so she knows all too well the toll a diesel engine takes on people’s lungs and hearing. She eventually wants to swap out King Fio’s 27 diesel trucks to create an all-electric fleet. King Fio already has 11 battery-electric trucks from Volvo and Nikola. But the company limits those trucks to shorter trips to and from local ports because they only have a range of about 225 miles. The Semi, by contrast, can travel 500 miles on a single charge, according to Tesla. For King Fio that means two or three round-trips a day from Long Beach to warehouses in the nearby Inland Empire or a single round-trip to Las Vegas. She has 20 Semis on order. “The Teslas change everything,” Abarca said. “It opens up a whole different type of delivery that I can make.”

Elon Musk confirmed via Telemetry Data that the woman driving the Cybertruck in this video disengaged the system four seconds before the crash. She was manually driving throughout this entire video. Don't believe everything you see/hear from Legacy Media about Tesla.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

At midnight, the regime raided 18‑year‑old Melika Azizi’s home and dragged her to Lakan Prison in Rasht. She’s been beaten, cut off from her family, and sentenced to death. In court she looked the judge in the eye and shouted: “You’ve spilled the blood of so many young people, how can I stay silent? It doesn’t matter to me, kill me too.” This is a teenager whose “crime” was courage. We can’t let them execute her in silence. #MelikaAzizi #StopExecutionsInIran

Nobody understands how much of a disaster this Rivian <> Uber deal is Rivian lost $3.6 billion last year on 42k deliveries. That's $86,000 of value destruction PER VEHICLE that left their factory. Their solution? Partner with Uber to turn a $58K camping SUV into a robotaxi... to compete with Tesla's Cybercab... YIKES Every 12-18 months, this company finds a new partner to write a check: - Amazon: $1.3B equity + 100K van order - VW: $5.8B joint venture - US DOE: $6.6B loan - Uber: $1.25B robotaxi deal (today) The moment they announced the Uber deal, they admitted they're pushing back profitability AGAIN to fund an autonomy program that can't even handle stoplights. Tesla's Cybercab is purpose built at $25,000 with no steering wheel. The cost per mile math isn't even close. The Uber deal is to deploy 50,000 robotaxis by 2031. Slight problem: The car doesn't exist yet. The factory doesn't exist yet. The autonomy software doesn't exist. Manufacturing is HARD. good luck have fun

Jensen Huang just called out every CEO who’s been firing people “because of AI.” Jim Cramer asked him why companies are laying people off if AI is supposed to make everyone MORE productive. Jensen's answer: "For companies with imagination, you will do more with more. For companies where the leadership is just out of ideas, they have nothing else to do. They have no reason to imagine greater than they are. When they have more capability, they don't do more." Read that again. The man who built the most important tech company on Earth just told you that if your CEO is using AI to cut headcount, it means one thing: They have no imagination. They have no vision for what comes next. They got handed the most powerful tool in human history and their FIRST instinct was to fire people. This is the CEO of NVIDIA. The company whose chips power every AI system on the planet. If anyone on Earth has the right to say "AI replaces workers," it's Jensen Huang. And he said the OPPOSITE. He said every carpenter could become an architect. Every plumber could become an architect. AI elevates capability. It doesn't eliminate it. But here's where it gets really interesting... During the same interview, Jensen revealed something nobody's talking about: He said AI startups like OpenAI and Anthropic are seeing their revenues increase by one to two billion dollars a WEEK. And he wishes these companies were public so the world could see what he sees. One to two billion per week. That's a $50 to $100 BILLION annualized run rate. For companies that most people think are burning cash and making nothing. The entire Wall Street narrative that "AI companies aren't profitable" might be completely wrong. Jensen sees their numbers. He sees their compute orders. He sees their growth. And he's saying the revenue is real. So if the money IS real, why are other companies firing people? Because they're not building AI products. They're not creating new revenue streams. They're not using AI to expand into new markets. They're using AI as an EXCUSE to cut costs because they ran out of ideas 3 years ago and need something to tell the board. Jensen's company added $500 billion in new orders in 5 months. He expects $1 trillion in cumulative revenue through 2027 from just two product lines. That number doesn't include the new chips, systems, or partnerships announced this week. And he's not cutting people. He's hiring. Because when you have imagination, more capability means MORE opportunity. Not less headcount. Meanwhile Salesforce cut thousands. Meta cut thousands. Amazon cut thousands. All blaming "AI efficiency." Jensen's response: You're out of imagination. He also said something that stuck with me. Cramer asked if he ever thought he'd build a $10 to $20 trillion company while waiting tables at Denny's. His answer: "I was just trying to make it through the shift." Biggest tip he ever got? Two, three dollars. Now he's building tech that increased computing demand by one million times in two years. He announced OpenClaw, which he says is as big as ChatGPT. And he's got 21 months of new business that isn't even counted in the trillion dollar figure yet. When asked how long he plans to keep working? "I'm hoping to die on the job. And I'm not hoping to die anytime soon." This is a man who believes every single thing he's building. And his message to every CEO using AI to justify layoffs is simple... You're not innovating. You're surrendering. The technology wasn't built to shrink companies. It was built to make them limitless. If your leadership can't see that, the problem isn't AI. It's THEM.

The world is changing right in front of us and no one knows it. Texas is running its world-class economy on 70% renewables, right now. Gas is there if we need it, but for today, we can save the fuel for another day.

"Announced" doesn't mean "installed." Most industry coverage still treats press releases as production evidence. That's old thinking. Most people tracking the industry look at: 1. Who announced the biggest machine order 2. Who signed a partnership deal 3. Who made headlines at the last trade show What matters is what's actually on the factory floor. I've spent years tracking every 6,000+ ton die casting machine ordered AND installed worldwide. I just published a scorecard covering every region and every major OEM. ✅ Region-by-region installation counts (China vs Europe vs North America vs Asia-Pacific) ✅ Summary for major OEMs ✅ Cancelled and postponed orders nobody is reporting ✅ Top Chinese suppliers and their verified customer relationships Verified installations. Not estimations. Not press releases. Want the Gigacasting Machine Scorecard? 1. Connect with me 2. Comment "SCORECARD" I'll send it to you. P.S. - ♻️ Repost for priority access

@defense_civil25 @ylecun Because NATO is a defence alliance. Not a puppy to Americas president that he can use as he wish when he fucks up and starts a war. Pissing on NATO, denmark, greenland, europe, ukraine and cutting ties to long term western allies has a price. Everyone understands that.

In a detailed analysis of fossil fuel messaging, the new report documents a rapid shift in communication from the industry. 2021: “We’re going green” 2022: “Energy security matters” 2023: “We need both” 2024: “You need us”

"Nato is making a very foolish mistake... They should have been there", upprepar Trump. Handlar det om ren feghet, eller är de 'allierade' i själva verket mer lojala mot andra intressen? Vem tjänar egentligen på att Europa står handlingsförlamat i ett sånt här läge?

Another postpone... "Hopefully" in the Elon realm = 95% it´s not gonna happen in time. That´s the track record on these claims after 10 years of die hard following. Underpromise and overdeliver. Say it 10 times and first thing in the morning. 😀 The good part. Next month is still April. So a maximum of 30 days of overpromising. That´s progress.🦥
