What do you do in this situation? I have a friend who has been in NYC with me for 6 years, I hung out with him thrice. Best friends in college, referred him to a job he got, helped him study for it.
Never ever initiated with me, I asked him to refer me to eng friends as a professional favor: ghost.

I graduated from college 2 years ago and haven't seen any of my former roommates since, and I've visited their cities or asked 6 times. and got 6 'no' with excuses. the only roommate i saw reached out one day bc he worked at a VC and wanted a deal, thinly veiled over ☕️
