@urbancompany_UC you really need to improve your support. had a M2 installed. the manual says i can connect it to the app, but the options in the manual do not exist in the app. To even contact support it says initiate a chat with us in the help centre, this does not exist either

Has @BlueDart_ gone out of business? None of their numbers on their website exist, as if the business has shut down.

@airindia Please clarify pet transport policy LHR-BOM? I was told no prebooking needed, just bring pet (under 32kg) with IATA crate, EHC, and NOC. At check-in, I was sent to Cargo, but they say no live animal transport UK-India, despite your site and @DefraGovUK stating otherwise

@Uber_India BEWARE UBER SCAM. I booked an 8 hour taxi. The driver was persistent I pay in cash. but i already paid on the app. The driver ended the trip after 3 hours in that middle of the highway, asking for money to take us back. Uber support says i should book another Uber....

@airindia Yeah nothing they can do.... Is not a button they forgot to turn on, it's just not working or change seats for the whole row. I request you get engineers during maintenance to make sure the facilities are working.

Extremely disappointed with @airindiain! Booked a flight for my elderly father from AMD to LHR with a layover in DEL. The AMD-DEL flight was cancelled, causing major inconvenience. Poor customer service from @airindiain, even under @TataCompanies management.#AirIndia #TataGroup
