My uncle now has a 1.2 cr package and he works as a senior engineering manager at Microsoft. He completed his undergraduate degree in 2002 from NIT. He also helped both of his sons get job at Visa and Deloitte through referrals. He has 20 years + experience of working in the IT sector and has accumulated enough wealth to retire peacefully + he has 3 L / month rental income from property in blr. Both of his sons are doing great and have got jobs with their father's connection. People who joined IT before AI in the 2000s are the luckiest people.

Dear All Resident Doctors please listen to a miracle in duty hours of a surgery department . There is surgery department in a medical college with below timings for junior residents Monday – Friday: 8.30AM -5.30PM Saturday: Just half a day till 2.00PM. If there is an emergency duty of 24 hours the next day is given off. Do you think this medical college is in Europe or Australia?? No. No It is our AIIMS Delhi and this information was shared by Dr.Kamal Kataria , Public Information Officer. Please share about this wonderful humane department duty hours whereas all of us blame surgery of long cruel duty hours I wish all other medical colleges too shall follow the humane & legal duty hours of AIIMS Delhi to avoid suicide, depression & quitting or surgery residents.

As for PG ragging, cruel duty hours, public bullying, no week off, sleep & food deprivation everything is same across Indian between central and state government medical colleges. But as for the stipend amount, many state government colleges offer just 50% of central government colleges especially southern India states. Uniformity in cruelty and disparity in fairness Anyway, silent old toxic doctors are to be mainly blamed for all the sufferings of young doctors. They are the founders and promoters of long duty hours, slavery and bullying culture. People with doctorate in criminality and failed in humanity. These cruel monsters even never take cognizance of food and sleep deprivation young junior doctors that work under them. When a JR dies due to cruel duty hours they stamp him as unfit or mentally unstable. Heartless creatures unfit for a compassionate profession.
