@JOKAQARMY1 Is that visible curve on the moon meant to be the actual moon’scurve or just a fish eye lens? Thesecraters must be some size! It’s so fake looking, is that the best they could do.

Actually the water stops spraying out because once the bottle is dropped the water in the bottle shifts up to the top of the water bottle where there are no holes. All the holes in the water bottle are near the bottom. You put more holes towards the top water will still keep spraying out.

@JPM369 @FELibrary_ They shouldn't have enough fuel to land, launch, connect the lander to the capsule at lunar orbit then back to earth. It's impossible at that time. They deliver the explorer yes, but did all those things & back, no. That why NASA say, Artemis II is the furthest in the history.

@LynnCareySaylor @TheLeoTerrell Perhaps by ‘below the equator’ she meant by being in South rather than North America? Definitely a factual error on the face of it, though. I hope you hold all politicians to this degree of scrutiny and skepticism. ;-)

As her interpreter/advisor, you need to get some FACTS to her ASAP about this, too: 1. Venezuela is above the equator. 2. Maduro was not kidnapped. There was a warrant for his arrest that stems back to the Biden administration. 3. Arresting him on a warrant is not even remotely the same as an "act of war". Hope this helps! 😉
Western Lensman@WesternLensman

AOC: The US shouldn't engage in actions like the one against Maduro just because Venezuela is “below the equator." Venezuela is not below the equator. Got a round of applause anyway.

@LynnCareySaylor @TheLeoTerrell Well, the answer comes after the little comedy insert. I don’t think it’s as simple a question to answer as the original post likes to make out. And I don’t mind, as she was the first in whatever group here to be asked it, that she takes time to consider an answer.

What you learned is a modeled conception which cannot be true for real reasons of logic, known physics and common sense (not 'space physics' and concepts). Predicting eclipses is not the preserve of science and is done by carefully counting and recording the cycles of sun, moon and stars. The ancients knew this. None of this establishes or proves a heliocentric theory of earth and sky. Modeled concepts are never a proof for reality. This theory must yet be proven:

@James_Hawke1 @rahimfaid1 @superflo I don’t know what you think you’ve posted here, but the point about a scientific approach is that it’s consistent, demonstrable, predictable and repeatable. Oh, and you yourself can observe it as well. No guesswork required.

@rahimfaid1 @superflo @James_Hawke1 It doesn’t actually. A direct line up is more rare, particularly for a solar eclipse. The next one of those is on August 12 this year but you have to be in the right place. You can look all this up and see when the next lunar eclipse will be. It’s quite interesting to see one.

@thatgregmorton @superflo @James_Hawke1 I have witnessed this phenomenon thousands of times, before and after, but a lunar eclipse has never occurred. Similarly, the sun always passes over the moon when it reaches 28 days, yet a solar eclipse does not occur.

@rahimfaid1 @superflo @James_Hawke1 We do when there’s a lunar eclipse. In this particular photo the earth is not exactly in between the sun and the moon. If you’re really curious you can actually learn about this stuff. No need to guess.

@superflo @James_Hawke1 Yes, the Earth is now between the Sun and the Moon, but why don't we see the Earth's shadow on the Moon if it truly reflects sunlight?

@richardpbacon Please can you just stop moaning about Brexit? I voted against it but got over it about 10 years ago! Also, the plastic thing is a terrible idea. Makes it difficult to drink from the bottle. If you pull it off it is sharp and you can cut yourself. Just bad, all around.

@afneil You’re right, we should be free to litter and/or poison our own country as we see fit, until we come up with our *own* solution for tethering bottle tops to solve that particular problem.

So why are all plastic caps now tethered to their bottles in Poland and everywhere else in EU (even Brexit Britain has fallen in line)? Answer: EU Directive 2019/904 imposed just over six years ago. Illegal to ignore in EU. Just a modest example from many to refute his denial
Disclose.tv@disclosetv

NOW - Poland's FM: "This myth that gave us Brexit, that somehow Brussels bureaucrats are imposing directives on member states, is complete nonsense. That's not how the EU works."

@hartliss_chris @OperaSocialist Do you know who has been privatising the NHS right under your noses? Blair started it; research it. Andy Burnham even sold an NHS hospital. Streeting, before the election, took £250,000 from three private health chiefs. Then you people have the nerve to say it's Reform.

Good grief, she talked for two minutes and said absolutely nothing. She was trying to sound intelligent and couldn't even get a cohesive thought out with all her flowery, disjointed rhetoric. To think of her running for president is a bad joke. I don't know what else to say. It's amazing she's gotten as far as she has so I'll give her credit for that. I will never understand it, however.

“NASA’s James Webb telescope is so powerful it can analyse molecules on a planet 700,000,000,000,000 miles away” ‼️ Yet isn’t it weird, how NASA are unable to zoom in on any of the Moonlanding craft on the Moon’s surface, just 240,000 miles away - or even capture any of the 10,000 satellites the orbiting earth right now. Please take all the time you need…..
